Streaming Pi Project
I have several Raspberry Pi's and Cameras that I have purchased in the past. We are going to use these to create some streaming camera feeds that can be used to stream to twitch.
Currently Inprogress. Details will be posted once the project is completed.

Dice Box 3.0
This will be the third version of making a dice box for gaming.
I was particularly pleased with the second version but I've had a few ideas that I think will greatly improve how the two halves come together and staff together. With the current version, the magnets can slip apart and open the box up spilling the dice if you're not too careful. I want to experiment with wood burning and painting instead of printing. I Would love to try some when CNC and laser but those are currently beyond my reach.
Materials:
cheap cigar box
Donkey Kong Jr arcade cocktail table
So I bought an Arcade. To be specific a Donkey Kong Jr arcade cocktail table. But it has a problem.
Details: This was a working unit when the owner purchased it second hand and it sat for a long time unplayed. When it was last turned on it wouldn't work.
The Goal: I want to restore this arcade if possible (cost-effective wise). If that doesn't work I'll modify it to use a newer LCD and a raspberry pi to make it useable again
DIY Arcade Cabinet
Being born in the late 70's I grew up with Arcade and pinball machines. A lot of fun times were had popping in quarters or tokens into these machines to play video games. This project is an attempt to re-live those moments and also play some of those cool old-school games that I never got to play.
Details:
LCD panel
Buttons
Raspberry Pi
Lights
The Idea: The idea here is to make a MAME cabinet. There are only certain specific games that I want to play so this should be fairly easy to purchase the game cartridges for licensing reasons so I can legally play the games on my own.
Gaming / Dining Room Table
I'm putting together a Gaming table that will also be a large dining room table. Gaming is a fun social event for the family and friends. We like to game at least 2-3 times a month having a table that we can play on would make things a whole lot easier as I am usually the one that is the GM.
Features:
built-in Tv mount in the center
Speakers
Cup holders
Drawers for books and other things.
Wanted but not necessary
Lights
Bluetooth connection
Custom Art/ Carvings
DIY Wand and wooden box
This is a fun idea I had for a gift for a friend of mind.
The Idea: Take a wooden wine box and turn it into a wand case. Then also take a wooden dowl rod and craft a wand.
Smart Watch Charging Stand
Making a Stand for my Fitbit Versa Smart watch.
I have a Fitbit Versa and like most smart watches it requires it to be charge every so often. The problem is that the charging dock is not easy to use when you have a magnetic band. I love my magnetic band as it is much more comfortable than a standard band. I can adjust it very easily to any size by moving the magnetic end. However I have to undo the band every time I go to charge. I can take the watch off easily by slip my hand out. So I want something that will let me charge the watch without having to undo the band each time
Garage Worktable 2.0
This is going to be a vastly improved work table. My previous one was composed of two sawhorses and a sheet of plywood with 2x4's around the edge to give it strength. This was fine for what it was used before but now I need something more.
The Idea: Garage Worktable with a built-in Table saw and Router stations.
Features:
- Table saw station
- Router station
- Drawers
- Power plugs
- Shelving
